Clare Haynes is the original spark behind Wildfire. Passionate, determined, tenacious, fun and up for a challenge, Clare believes everyone should find their own way to what they want. She's a well-travelled Brit whose passion is people.

Clare's always taken time to cater for people the right way for them to succeed, in the 10 years prior to Wildfire, working to grow organisations through changes and start up scenarios. She's worked in charity, television, sport and the social sector and helped decision-makers get results themselves and through others.

Clare's holds a degree in psychology, diplomas in marketing, coaching and performance and is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Clare is a member of Toastmasters and she lives in the Midlands, UK. A self-confessed "foodie" with chef and waitressing stints under her apron, the Wildfire food analogy was inevitable.
